By registering your details and your key family contact details, you are able to quote your registration when making enquiries. You cannot proceed with any subsidised home-based care or aged care services without this registration.
Services include help at home, short term and respite care, and aged care home enquiries.
Both Bayside Council and Glen Eira Councils are offering a range of home-care services and are a good starting point, however there are many excellent service providers, and listings of those organisations will be given to you once you have registered with MyAgedCare.

Confused or frustrated by the aged care process, or perhaps feeling overwhelmed? Please contact ERA on 1800 700 600 or (03) 9602 3066. This is a free service that was established to:
- Untangle the process of home-care and aged care options
- Listen to your concerns
- Provide information that includes your rights
- Assist you to explore your options and make informed decisions
- Support you to find solutions.
ERA’s team is also skilled in working with interpreters, if your 1st language is not English.
